To help you decide if I am the web designer for you, here are the questions that I get asked most often, and the answers.

What do you charge?

How long is a piece of string? I like to sit down with my clients, look at their budget and their needs for the site and work from there. Just to say I haven’t shocked anyone yet or had anyone say no, that’s too expensive either.

Define a “Really Simple Site” – what do you provide?

The best thing I can say is have a look at the sites I’ve built recently and that’s the starting point. From there, if you have anything else you need to add, ask me, we’ll talk. If I can build what you need I’ll tell you, if not, I’ll tell you that as well.

Do you insist on a maintenance contract?

Some web design companies insist on a contract that means you have to go back to them for any and all changes, however small. I don’t.

If however you want me to be involved in the ongoing running of the site, it is a service I can offer.

Do you give training?

With every site I build I make sure that the customer knows how to run their site and is happy to do so. If more training is needed then that too is a service I can offer.
